Bridge to Home: A Community-driven campaign for brantford/brant

With your support, we can build safe, affordable housing and create pathways to stability for women-led families.
The Bridge to Home Campaign is dedicated to addressing housing insecurity in Brantford/Brant by raising $1.5 million to bring 32 Bridge Street to life—a first-of-its-kind development in our community.
This new building will be:

  • A haven of hope
  • A hub of resources
  • A foundation for brighter futures

It will feature a Community Hub on the first floor, with three floors of affordable apartments above, expanding access to housing for those who need it most – women and children.
